“Very happy with product and competitive price, but a little disappointed with the delivery. I had the item delivered to my work place as I live in a large apartment complex where delivery is almost impossible. Even though the warehouse receiving dock and office were open, the item was left outside on the front step of the office with no attempt to deliver the item to a person. $500 piece of equipment left on the front step unattended - for no reason. Delivery to warehouse and/or office staff was 100% available. Fortunately someone happened to find the item and bring it inside. I received a message saying "left in a safe place". The item was left unattended in an unsafe place, in the open where it could easily have been stolen. The carriers may as well have left it on the side of the road.”
