“No problem with purchase and delivery. However, a DVD recorder is a fragile item and should have the word FRAGILE clearly marked on the outside. The box had this on it but it had been covered in thin black plastic. This arrived torn and the box had two visible dents. Luckily the recorder does not seem to have been damaged and is working well as far as I can see.”

“Your service was as usual efficient, reliable without fuss, prices very competitive & therefore will always be entrusted with the future purchases; the delivery of the order was made much more earlier than expected which is a big plus, however, the downside was, the delivery guys refused to dispose of all the packaging material of waste after installation, saying that they weren't responsible, the 5-star ratings would have been scored otherwise.”
