“I purchased a Westinghouse fridge for a good price. It was delivered by 2 women who at first stated that it wouldn't fit through the front door and whinged about having 2 steps on the verandah. They then asked me to move heavy furniture around for them (wasn't really necessary), stating that I should have been told to do so before they arrived (I hadn't). Also struggled to remove the old fridge thinking it wouldn't fit past the kitchen bench (there was more than enough space). They said they don't take the packaging away as it's rubbish and left a huge mess to be disposed of. After a 4 hour wait, I turned the fridge on only to find it hadn't been balanced. I called and one of the delivery girls told me I only needed to loosen the feet at the front instead of her coming back to fix it. Turns out that wasn't the case.. I called the office to try to have it sorted by someone else. The same delivery driver phoned and was telling me to leave work or get someone else to go to my house so she could have a look at it. This wasn't possible on that day, so she got very nasty and raising her voice, repeatedly, told me that I need to work in with her. Quality product, though I would recommend spending that little bit extra and avoid the rude, incompetent, young female delivery drivers.”

“This is my first time using this website to shop for an appliance. I was impressed at the price of my stove as it was at least $100 cheaper than buying from local suppliers or other sources. I was also impressed at how quickly it was processed and delivered free of charge from Sydney to Canberra within 2 working days. The drivers contacted me twice on the day of delivery. The first time to confirm we would be home to accept the delivery and time range of delivery. The next time they call me was to advise me they would be here in 15 minutes. That was very efficient. The deliverymen were polite and ensured they took the necessary photos to confirm the item was in good condition when delivered. I have already referred the company to some of my acquaintances and will do so again in the future.”

“I rang Appliance Central from FNQ because I had prepayed The Good Guys for a cooktop 3 months previously and had been let down with the item not in stock. I explained to Appliance Central the the cooktop was required urgently for a new home build. They processed and sent the cooktop the next day which was awesome and much appreciated. The item arrived well packaged and was very clearly marked 'Fragile' The item was delayed a few days with Aramax but has now arrived and has no bearing on the great service I received from Appliance Central. If I need to I would use them again, Thanks”

“Purchased a Kelvinator Fridge from these guys and was very pleased with the ease of ordering. The price was excellent aand no delivery fee was an added bonus. Was delivered on the day I wanted and was kept updated on the delivery time on that day. The delivery guys took it out of the box and installed it for us. I couldn't be more pleased with the item and the service. Highly recommend them and will use them in the future if I need something else. A big thank you guys.”

“Ordered an item online, and paid for it on the spot. Ws promised it would be here in 2 business days. It has now been 11 days and item not received. When I followed it up a few days ago I received a reponse stating they are out fo stovck and waiting for delivery. Another online company offered the same item at a better price, if I knew I was going to wait I would have purchased from them. I purchased from you because your website said item is in stock and will be delivered in 2 days. 11 days later I am still waiting witgh no ETA on delivery?”
