“I have always used Electrolux stick vacs as they’re great for an everyday run around. I was impressed with the power of the new Q7 Animal I have to say. I also like the fact the accessories are on board. My only gripe would be that the waste compartment is rather small.”

“I ordered a Samsung Soundbar at a much better price than anyone else offered. I was able to choose a delivery date and everything just worked perfect from there. Appliance Central also provided me with accurate tracking on the day of delivery, showing me where my delivery was in the queue and also an estimated delivery time. Everything was superb, which I honestly didn’t expect.”

“Was asked to confirm I'll be home on Monday, so I confirm and wait here all day, then it updates to saying Tuesday. Wait all day again, still doesn't arrive; now it's saying Wednesday... A "tracking" link is provided but all I get is a map with my location on it. No tracking of the actual package, except for expecting delivery 8:30AM - 6:00PM the next day.”

“The fridge itself is great. The ordering process was easy and efficient. The problem came when it came to delivery. We were told it would be delivered on a Friday between 8:30 and 6 and were given a link to track progress. We stayed in all day only for around 4pm the link to update to say we were now scheduled for Saturday delivery between 8:30 and 11:30. There was no other communication of this or explanation. We then stayed in on Saturday when finally just after 1pm they arrived. The delivery guys were clearly in a rush to deliver the fridge and leave. On arrival they decided the fridge would not go through one of the internal doors so instead just left it in the corridor and did not take the old fridge and rushed off to leave. They promised the would come and pick up the old fridge on Tuesday but we have not heard anything since. I also found they had left the enormous box and polystyrene in our garden. We are now stuck with the old fridge which needs removing but Appliance Central have told us to contact the delivery company direct and the delivery company is not answering the phone. What a nightmare.”
