“It took me more than one month to receive the item, and the delivery was so poor, It had to be signed for in person, so my package was sent back, and I had to spend another 5.5dollars to choose redelivery, and it was delivered two days after I chose the delivery date. I wonder why there is no pickup station, or why it is not just placed in the lobby? I couldn't have asked for leave to stay at home for the delivery, and you didn't deliver it on the date I chose.”

“First time ordering through Appliance Central, for which i knew nothing about the company We purchased an LG microwave site unseen did it all on line found the whole process very easy, delivery was on time overall we would reccomend Appliance Central and will be using their services again in the future”

“Had to wait weeks for my product to turn up then it got delivered and left at side of house with no notification that it was delivered found it when leaving for work that night not a very good service at all”

“The delivery was poorly managed. They changed the original delivery date (weekend when someone is home) at the last minutes. Then informed us that it will be delivered on weekday (Monday) the in the afternoon. But on Monday at 8am morning, when we were were not ready yet, the fridge was delivered, and when they took the old fridge they damaged the front door of the house.”
