“I purchased a replacement refrigerator from ApplianceCentral and advised at the time that it would be available within 14 days. It was delivered within the expected time. The delivery people kept me advised of the day and time of delivery and carried through as forecast. They were both courteous and proficient in the installation. I would be happy buyfrom the company again.”

“Having not been delivered on day nominated by supplier, I informed supplier that no one would be home to receive goods on following day. Supplier agreed to delay delivery for one day. However, goods were delivered and left on door step. Just lucky that they weren’t stolen or damaged. Other than that TV meets expectations.”

“Appliance central need to look at a better courier service for Tasmania - my goods were sitting at Hobart depot for 7 days before delivered to me, I did email Appliance Central but still waiting for email response,”

“My purchase of a microwave was my first purchase from Appliance Central. I am very impressed with their efficiency both with communication and the delivery ( Sydney to Melbourne). Tracking the order was easy, the product met our expectations & I would strongly recommend Appliance Central even though you can’t see your purchase until its delivered.”

“The product is great, the price was great, but I was let down by the delivery service. Ordered the fridge on Thursday as the old one was on its last legs. Website gave Monday as the delivery date. Old fridge died on Saturday. Received an email on Saturday confirming delivery on Monday came - no delivered. Didnt arrive until Wednesday.”
