“The whole process of purchasing an appliance from Appliance Central was very easy. The web site was easy to navigate with lots of information about each product. Ordering was simple and response time was great. Delivery was on time and there was lots of communication with updates.”

“Price was exceptional. Delivery was quick and drivers were professional. Only issue was I was told delivery between 8.30 and 5pm and started receiving texts and phonecalls from 5am as they had planned to deliver at 6am. Happy for 6am delivery but would have appreciated warning the day before.”

“Price was good, transaction experience was good, delivery was bewildering. During the course of the online transaction, I was asked to select the delivery date - 31/3/23, 1 month from the date of order approx.. However, when the order email confirmation came through, no delivery date was specified, so I phone Appliance Central and explained that I did not want the delivery to take place until the 31/3/23, some 4 weeks later. So, 2-3 days later the appliance was delivered, approximately 4 week early. Exactly what I had asked NOT to happen. Seriously, what do you have to do to get it right?”

“Bought a washing machine, was aware Appliance Central was out of stock. I was told it will take 5-10 business to get the stock. However, including the delivery, it only took 4 days. Deliver guys installed the new washing machine and took the old one for me. The only thing if I can ask to improve (suggestion) is if the delivery guys can take the big rubbish away, because the domestic bins are too small for the package of big white goods. Overall, my rating is 5 out of 5”

“My smart tv arrived with a damaged screen. Because I live in Vic a lot of time was wasted with sending it back to Sydney. Then I had to ask for an update. In the end I got my money back, Appliance Central was good about that. I then bought the tv in Vic, easier if there is an issue.”

“Bought a TV Tuesday night and was delivered Thursday afternoon. nothing to complain about, aside from the delivery driver didn't even wait for me to come to the door, just left the TV out front. Email that confirmed delivery showed that they had signed for it themself.”
