“We have just purchased 2 tvs from Appliance Central. Customer service good, delivery time phenomenal - one arrived within 24 hours! We are in the metro area however that was still exceptional. Items were in stock and at a slightly better price than elsewhere. I'd recommend them.”

“While I am happy with the the washer and dryer I bought. I am far from satisfied with the delivery. The delivery people lifted the unit in place and plugged them into the power. They didn’t make sure the machines were level. My biggest complaint is that they left all packaging behind. They said “ we don’t get paid to do that”. You will take our old appliances away (presumably to do up and sell, making money in the process, but won’t take away quite substantial packaging!!!!!”

“I cannot relay my absolute wish for you to never ever use Appliance Central. They delivered a product that was a variation of the product I ordered, but not the product I ordered. They are the only company advertising what I wanted, and it was $100 more than the variation they delivered. If I wanted the variation, i would have bought it elsewhere. When I asked for them to collect and deliver the correct product, they refused and said that I had to drop off the appliance and that there would be a 20% restocking fee. They are sharks. Please, buy elsewhere.”

“Appliance Central were MUCH cheaper than the major retailers - so much so that we were initially a bit suspicious - but no issues. Goods we’re dispatched rapidly and received in good condition. Delivery was a bit annoying, but that was due to contract delivery company, not Appliance Central.”
