“Service from Appliance Central spot on , but the delivery / freight company Allied no communication from them, item not recieved on estimated delivery date , I waited 4 days before enquiry , week later still no response from Allied”

“Purchased a TV which arrived very quickly, even though I lived in Brisbane. Only thing is with the delivery, it would be good to have a depot pick up option with ethe delivery company. I wouldn't feel comfortable giving approval for 'leave on doorstep' given I bought a 55 inch OLED TV. Luckily I managed to get away from work to receive the item, otherwise weekday delivery would be difficult.”

“I couldn't specify a time frame for delivery and it came sooner than planned. This caused issues as I needed to change the delivery address. The delivery took place with only one driver which meant my wife had to lift the 85” tv, the driver also dropped the corner on the road. We have yet to unpack it so hoping it is not damaged.”
