“I purchased an expensive TV. It was DOA. Instead of sending me another, they made me go through the manufacturer, who made me go through a repair company, and on the first visit, the guy came just to check it was broken and what pieces he should bring to try and fix it. I've been waiting for a month with a broken TV in my living room.”

“Everything went according to plan. Ie On line purchase, notification and Delivery . Even carried it up the internal stairs . Maybe if they could give a more precise delivery time the day before rather than “ between 8.30 and 5” it would help me plan my day better. For instance , delivery in the am or pm .”

“Didn’t know what to expect as have not bought from them before. Was incredibly surprised to have wonderful communication and stuck to deliver date and time perfectly. The TV box was not damaged and tv works perfectly for much lower price than other competitors. Much better service than JB HI FI, Harvey Norman or Bing Lee from my experiences.”
