“I would love to write a review on how good my vacuum cleaner is, but I am still waiting for it to arrive. It was sent within a couple of days after I ordered it, but it has been with the courier amarex with them saying for the last week it would be delivered today. I read reviews on this company and it was not good.”

“I am very happy with the Microwave, however the communication between me and the Delivery people was poor. When I ordered I believed the Appliance was coming from Villawood. It was slow leaving Melbourne, the communication wasn't there, even when I tried to contact or track.”

“By far the cheapest available price and free delivery. All very easy dealing with them directly. They acted promptly. However, the courier service wasn't the best though, misplaced the item in transit and then very difficult to arrange a re-delivery time.”

“Clicked for delivery and remove old appliance in result not taking old appliance. Emailed couple of times and called service team said 'size should be same' as what i order. Not in T&C by the way. No respond after call even they said they will arrange with 'charge'.”
