“No problem here except for installer didnt make contact, Installation through Appliance Central is overpriced anyway, cost me half as much to get my own Electrician to install stove and oven.”

“The product us great. Highly recommend the LG Cordless Stick Vacuum A9N-PRIME. My order didn't get processed until i called 5 days later to find out what was happening. They sent it out that day but said it just got missed. Don't know if I would have received this if I didn't follow up.”

“After purchasing a microwave from Appliance central online, I specifically requested the item to be “left at my front door if unattended”. However, they overlooked my request and the item was then sent back to the depot awaiting for sender’s (ApplianceCentral) response. I was quite unhappy about it however the customer service lady on the phone was exceptionally helpful and she quickly rescheduled another delivery for the next day. I really hope in the future, Appliance Central could pay more attention to the customer’s notes/instructions. I’m working most weekdays and will most likely miss out in signing for most of my parcels. But I have good security cameras and good neighbours.”

“I have been happy with appliances central but I do have an outstanding issue with the recent purchase of the fridge which was damages during delivery/unloading. The delivery guys said that they would submit a report and we are yet to hear from anyone from. Your company”

“I was happy with the speed & efficiency of your business once I ordered my product, however I still haven't received it. I had an email on 8 January stating that the product had been picked up by the courier and as I hadn't received it by the 15 January I contacted Aramex and was told it would be looked into. I then received another email on the same day stating that it could be 12 business days before I receive it. I'm not happy about the length of time this is taking I could have gone to a shop to buy it and I would have had it the same day.”
