“i WAS SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE PRICE, THERE WAS SOME DELAY IN DELIVERY ON TWO OCCASIONS IT WAS POSTPONED WHICH RESULTED IN SOME INCONVENIENCE.”

“The delivery was cancelled last minute on the day. When I called the customer service they didn’t even know. After a few calls they still couldn’t provide any useful information but was told that it’s due to the Black Friday high volume. I had to reschedule the delivery with them. I received the dishwasher with good packaging. However when I opened unpacked it and opened it, there was water dripping from the inner side. Was it a used one? Or refurbished one???? A big question mark in my mind. I didn’t bother to contact them again. The customer service was just useless. Would never buy product on this website never them”

“I have bought several items from APPLIANCE CENTRAL and every time I have felt that their customer service has been wonderful. Today I had a washing machine delivered. I was given an estimate that it would be delivered between 12.15pm and 5.15pm. I thought that was good. Well they did even better.The delivery men rang me at 12.20pm and told me they would be at my house by 3.30pm, therefore making it easier for me to plan my afternoon.They then rang again when they were 6 minutes away from my house. I am 71years old and have had many products delivered over the years but I have never had a company keep me so well informed about my delivery time. The men were polite,cheerful and obliging. I would also like to thank Ann for her help with the ordering of the washing machine and organizing the delivery for today.Once again excellent service.”

“Just perfect. Ordered on Friday. Delivered on Monday. Very capable delivery guys who contacted me before arrival. Professional service. Great price. $200 cheaper than competitors with free delivery. Brand new fridge in brand new condition. Don’t know how the others stay in business. Will be shopping again.”

“booked a Monday delivery and waited all day only to find out they don't do local deliveries on Mondays wasted my day waiting for item to arrive. Have purchased several items from you but after this terrible service will not deal with you again”

“Ordered our Westinghouse 5 Burner cooktop on the 24/11/23. Was first sent an email advising delivery would take place on the 5/12/23 which did not happen. I reached out to them on the 7/12/23 and the cooktop was received on the 12/12/23. Overall this was still better than what The Good Guys advised, that the same cooktop would be on back-order and could take up to 5 weeks for delivery as such happy with the delivery time. In terms of price I shopped online for the same product comparing 5 other suppliers and Appliance Central came out the cheapest even with the delivery charge of $46. Only thing that could be improved is the delivery company they use as the service from them is not as impressive. Overall happy with my purchase from Appliance Central.”

“Dodgy seller, never recommend. Never respect their customer requests. Even informed by varios means including order notes to ship the order in december, shipped it in advance which i had to arrange temporary location to store the goods. This was deliberate act done by the sellee to get away with ordee cancellation before blackfriday sales. Not Happy at all. NEVER BUY AGAIN!!!”

“It was so easy to order my new TV from Appliance Central! Came in good time with frequent delivery updates. The delivery man even carried it inside! Appliance Central was also $200 cheaper for the same item from my usual retailer. My experience was satisfactory on all levels. 100% recommend”
