“Delivery was a day later than originally scheduled. The delivery guys refused to unpack the dryer and refused to take the packaging away. I would have thought this would be standard practice to ensure proof that there is no damage to the goods upon receipt by the client??? (This would be standard practice by their main competitor, Appliances Online). The appliance works well and is as expected. I would consider using Appliance Central again, but only if the appliance is much cheaper than their competitors.”

“Fairly fast delivery although star rating taken off because they use the worst courier known to all Aramex! I had to take an entire day off work to wait around only to be making call the Appliance Central at 4pm as these guys hadn’t shown & are known not to deliver at this address because they can’t be bothered with apartment intercoms,. One woman was extremely unhelpful “ we can’t contact the courier it takes up to 48hrs for a response”. Am I meant to continue days off work until it arrives? The next call the man was extremely helpful, he messaged the courier manager & 30mins later the courier called, he was at my address although at the wrong entrance even though it’s clearly signed. After all of that TV was a fabulous purchase although don’t bel their “sales price” I bought a cyber monday sale & it’s still the same price. Still cheaper than else though, its a great TV, great picture, easy to set up, super happy with it.”

“I ordered the goods on 4/12/23 with delivery on your website expected in 2-5 business days. From the tracking it was picked up by Aramex on 6/12/23 and it is now 16/12/23 and I still do not have the goods. The item is a Christmas present for my son so if it doesn't arrive in time I will be cancelling the order and expecting a full refund as i will need to go out and purchase a replacement one. I do most of my shopping online and have had no delivery issues with any of the other suppliers. I was tossing up between you and Appliances Online but went with you because of your delivery time frame. Very very disappointed and wont be shopping with you again.”
