“The 85” Samsung we purchased is fantastic. Great color, sound & it’s so sleek in design too. The only issue I had was with delivery…it was left on the porch (as I requested) but nobody knocked to let me know they delivered it. It could have been stolen if I wasn’t home waiting for it.”

“Paid for install, and they didn't install our fridge or washing machine, due to not having the right parts, or fitting it through the door. Said they would be back in a couple of days to install and never showed. We have had to delay moving into our home a result.”

“Really happy with the cordless lg A9 multi, wish I had of waited until the Black Friday sale though, it was $150 cheaper. Not happy about the slow delivery either, it took over 3 weeks to arrive.”

“I have still not received the item since ordering around a month ago. I rang up on various occasions and was finally told there had been an error as one of my products had to be refunded and it rest the order. As of yesterday I'm told you don't have the item in stock and I have to wait longer. I have an electrician booked in to install this so will be forced to pay him a second time. The money I thought I was saving by going through you will now be spent on an electrician.”
