“I had asked to pick up the TV I bought and will contact the store and the item was delivered without any warning prior. This was a present and my mother of 83 was panicking when the delivery was done. So the surprise was ruined. No communications at all. In saying that the price was good but the company involved with deliveries has no idea. Reuben”

“On line order is easy. But delivery service is poor. My delivery was not on the schedule, then they re-arrange another day but there’s no any message inform me, I had to call your office to confirm when they would delivery. So I am not happy with this service.”

“Delivery and installation was good but the packaging contained large pieces of polystyrene which is hazardous to the environment. Councils are reluctant to tip it into landfill, so require delivery to hazardous waste depots. the delivery men refused to take the packaging, so Appliance Central should take responsibility for that. The polystyrene is supplied from Appliance Central. I am disappointed by that aspect of the supply and delivery.”

“I was really annoyed I ordered an item for a gift to be delivered. I received the tracking notice number and then the item didn't move from collection for a week. I then received an email from appliance central when I queried the courier company saying they made a mistake they didn't have it in stock and had to reorder it. This means my gift has not arrived for the birthday and won't for another week.”

“Purchased a TV which arrived very quickly, even though I lived in Brisbane. Only thing is with the delivery, it would be good to have a depot pick up option with ethe delivery company. I wouldn't feel comfortable giving approval for 'leave on doorstep' given I bought a 55 inch OLED TV. Luckily I managed to get away from work to receive the item, otherwise weekday delivery would be difficult.”
