“When a company asks you to write a review on your purchase but you haven't even received the item yet? Either they are a bit retarded or plain stupid. I tried tracking my delivery. Pffft!! Good luck with that. Using Sendle which has no point to point tracking. Just tells me it is somewhere out there bouncing up and down in a cartoon truck. Was hoping it would arrive before the end of the week. No luck there. But they asked for an honest survey answer. Well done 👏 you special people. Don't worry about customer service or satisfaction as long as you get a "Go you good thing". How can I give an unbiased answer when A: Nothing has been received. B: How can you expect an assessment of your "GREAT" Job? Dumasses”

“Bought the 55” TV online as I had seen what the 65” looked like. Ordered on Sunday night and was delivered Wednesday, continual notification received throughout the process. TV was carried upstairs at request without a problem. If you know what you want I highly recommend AC.”

“I am happy with your service.But your delivery service was terrible. Because my wife was taken day off due to the delivery.while she was in side the house they left the note in mailbox saying that no one to sign the paperwork.gate was opened for them to come to the front door.But they didn’t knock the door. So I had to go to their store which is 55km away from my home. Wasn’t happy with their delivery service at all.”

“I still don’t have my coffee machine. It was sent via Amarex who stated delivery by the 22nd Dec but still not here. Maybe there were other delivery options but the stated delivery date was ok with me. I also know it’s Christmas and deliveries can be delayed etc, but the tracking has zero info. Happy to change the review if/when it gets here but for now I’m still not sure if this site is a scam or not. I’m pretty sure it is just Amarex, they seem pretty incompetent. I’m sure it’s an automated request, but maybe they should not ask for a review until the package has been delivered.”
