“This company has been good on all aspects. I ordered a TV, then called them to identify I had selected the wrong one. the gentleman who helped me was really good and the change was able to occur because product had not been dipatched and I was upgrading the TV. During time prior to delivery, the delivery date was able to be changed three-times - because of waiting for completion of our new home. On day of delivery, the truck driver was right on time and kept me informed enroute. Offload from truck was good and TV placed in the theatre room where TV was needed. Thank you. Good service all round.”

“Good price and easy transaction. Fast delivery. But the delivery man left a Big TV box downstairs and refused to bring it upstairs by lift to my apartment. It was really embarrassing. I have a disability in my hands. I had to move it by myself.”
