“Said it would be here between 3 and 4 working days, I placed order and had a shipment email on the 7th dec and received goods on the 17 dec that’s 8 working days, the parcel company was useless to get hold of eventually got hold of someone for them to say they gave it to another company again useless to get hold of, but other than that the fire is 1st class”

“Gas fire I was pleased with havent lit yet and would have given better review but the delivery driver left the heavy gas fire on a pallet in its box with cellophane rap up against my side gate so I could not even open the gate ,when I asked if it could be put the other side of gate ,he said no because plants in the way.I’m 4’11 and 70 years old and had to struggle opening the box and struggled to get it into the house in the rain .would not have ordered if I had known it would have been left like that”

Unfortunately, it does state on our website that these are a pallet deliveries and it is a kerbside service so drivers do not have to bring them on to a property but we will pass your feedback onto the courier on your behalf.

“Unfortunately the item was despatched without the full address so we had to chase around trying to find out where it was once we had given the detail the carrier required they still managed to deliver to wrong address so we ended up having to collect it ourselves.
We haven't actually tried the heater as yet .😟”
