“Operationally very good. Quality is acceptable but the cylinder retaining system is flimsy plastic and is not adequate. The instructions did not clarify that the fire has to be switched off at the cylinder and cannot be switched off at the control knob. In addition to this, there would seem to be an extra piece of plastic with no purpose I assume it came off during transport and I have no idea where it should be fitted.”

“The delivery driver delivered to a post office about 3 miles away. My closest one is less than 1 mile away. I had to get a bus, which was irritating but not Calor's fault.
I haven't used the torch because I can't buy propane gas anywhere. Apparently there is a national shortage of the canisters and you can only get gas if you've already got an empty can. Which possibly is partly Calor's fault. If I'd known this in advance I would not have bought it. Disappointing to have gone through all the faff and expense for a tool I don't know if I'll ever be able to use.”
