“Not sure how I can rate it. It's a gas fire but it seems impossible to get hold of gas for it. Every dealer I go to want me to hand in an empty bottle before I can get a new one which seems like putting the horse before the cart. How do I get an empty bottle if I don't have a full bottle to empty first? Complete lunacy.”

“I’ve only tested it briefly so far but it looks to be exactly as advertised. The only negative is that the gas bottles are being rationed by Calor at the moment and are very hard to get hold of. I got one by luck, many people won’t be able to though. It might be an idea to warn people about this before they buy the fire. It’s obviously useless without gas.”

“Whilst the stove itself is good you are miss selling it because no gas is available from calor for the product, when we contacted calor in Norwich they promised to phone back but didn't and the second call the girl told us we were lying and had misinterpreted the first sales person and they would only sell us gas if we found three empty bottles. Fortunately a local camping company is selling gas of a different make and they were very obliging. We shall not be dealing with Calor gas again and our main heating and hot water is provided by a LPG fuel to the boiler. Very disappointed with your after sales service.”

“Amazing fire, looks stunning and is well made. It is extremely heavy and thankful it is fitted with wheels so you can move it around....downside is that it is extremely difficult to buy gas bottles as currently you have to have an empty bottle in order to exchange for a full one, so you will have to source an empty bottle if you don't already have one, other than that it's a brilliant fire, and will be a welcome heat source this winter.”
“No after sales service. Phoned to ask how opened and when arrived opens at the back not the front, also depth dimensions out by several cms, no phone back, I have called 3 times and nobody has resolved issues, I asked if the could send a new top but no reply, and then discovered too big and phoned back, still no response. Would of ordered locally had I know and paid an extra 10 quid, would never buy from them again!”
