“Paid for 2 day delivery and it took 3. They are unresponsive to my request to refund the extra money paid for shorter delivery. Pleased with what I ordered though but miffed that they won’t give me back my delivery fee!”

This resulted in your order leaving us on Thursday 15th April. Our deliveries are working days only so your order was scheduled to arrive on Monday 19th April but fortunately, it was delivered early on Saturday 17th April. Due to your item being delivered earlier than scheduled a refund would not be processed. We have checked our records and can not see an email from yourself requesting a refund.

“This is the second Calor greenhouse heater that we have had, the first is still going strong, so this was for our son. They are excellent at keeping the greenhouse temperature stable, we keep it just above freezing at night and the thermostat is reliable. The amount of gas we use is very little, so all in all an excellent buy”

YouTexted that delivery would be made on 21/4 (far far too slow) but this was not made and no communication made to me as to why not.
No way of contacting Calor given to me. Name of distributor and contact not given to me.
2 calls and 25 minutes to assumed distributor showed order was not on system
3 calls to Calor to register this - staff quite unready for such a query
A total shambles.
I still haven’t heard of when it will be delivered.

With a name as being one of the best in the business I was more than disappointed.You only had to pack two items in a box but only one turned up.
