Item was delivered promptly, service from Calor was good. Didn't give 5 stars due to when we ordered item we were sure it was advertised as having a quick release gas fitting, no fitting on item so extra cost now to purchase this.

The BBQ arrived promptly and worked perfectly. The reason I bought it from the Calor website was because they could recommend the correct regulator and fittings which all worked out as needed.

After searching for months, I finally did my purchase with Carol Appliance . I am satisfied with my purchase , though just used it once but would say its durable and reliable . The delivery was made on time and packaging of the product was satisfying .

Very impressed with the initial performance, versatility and ease of use. Very easy to erect, clean and pack away. The one disappointing point is the clips that hold it together when packed away. They seem very flimsy and I doubt that the plastic coating(There to protedt the lid from damage), will last very long. It is also strange that it suggests you use the 5kg Patio Gas or their own Campingaz R907 and R904 cylinders. The issue here is that one cylinder uses a clip on regulator and the other two use a screw on regulator, hence NOT really interchangeable. Overrall good but some minor issues.

Finding it really difficult assembling this bbq. I am nearly 80. I didn’t realise it would be such a major job. When I have bought gas bbqs in the past the main unit has been assembled and it has been a case of fitting the trolley and side tables.

Haven't used BBQ yet. Wasn't to bad to put together just a couple of swear words so that was good. My husband was quite impressed.

The BBQ itself is fine. Delivery could have been better organised as a date and time wasn't confirmed and a neighbour had to take it in for me. I managed the basic construction of the BBQ (nuts and bolts) but was concerned about fitting together the gas components so, in the end, I found someone to do it for me - at a cost. This should have been made plainer in the description and I would say that, unless you are competent in this area, you shouldn't attempt it.

Very slow answering my queries. In fact I had bought the product before they got back to me. Luckily I'm happy with the product, but would have bought another part for it if I had had the answer sooner. As it is I'm going to have to pay postage on the part I need, whereas it could have been included in my order.
