“First delivery of gas fire was damaged. Customer services performed with commendable speed to provide collection and then delivery of a replacement. It might be better in future to put a 'Fragile', 'This way up' and 'Do not drop' labels on the outer packaging for such fires. Fire is now performing well in the conservatory.”
“Great service with ordering and with delivery on time my only complaint would be that it was a 1 man delivery for a 38kg +pallet delivery with no tale lift I wasnt in and my wife had to help him get it off wagon and into garden”

Gas heaters can no longer be turned off by the control unit on the heater. If it was turned off in this way, and the gas valve developed a fault, then gas would seep into the room.
All new heaters are designed to be turned down to their minimum setting and turned off by closing the gas supply at the regulator. It is not a fault, it is a safety feature.

The frame was a disappointment as small pans could not be used because the supports were too far apart and the frame covering melted/burnt away very quickly. The instructions could have clearer.”
