“Due to recent storms and the electric power cut lasting over 3 days, we decided to invest in some portable heating. It is at least 40 years since I last owned a Calor Gas Heater and what a pleasant surprise to find the "Provence Cast Iron Heater". We took a risk and purchased 2 and we were not disappointed. They are good to look at so no need to hide them in the outhouse during the summer, they are a heavy item but easy to wheel from place to place if required and throw out more than enough heat. All in all a very good purchase indeed. I would also add that the representative I spoke to before purchase was very friendly, professional & knowledgable. The delivery time was excellent also.”

Thank you for your feedback Mark. It is very important for us to ensure our customers are provided with the highest quality of service and products. If you’ve got an empty gas bottle, you can exchange this for a like-for-like replacement at one of our Calor retailers nationwide. We recommend calling your local retailer to check availability and opening hours before travelling. There’s currently a hold on new cylinder issues so if you’re looking to buy a new bottle, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help just yet. Gas bottles are also unavailable on our online shop at present. We encourage customers to return any empty or unused cylinders to improve availability. If you have a gas bottle to return, please call your local Calor Distribution Centre (CDC), who will be able to advise accordingly.
“Good selection of gas accessories and parts, however searching for them can be somewhat frustrating as exact description words need to be entered in the search box in order to get what one wants. After several attempts I got it.
Delivery is good within the stated timescale as were previous items purchased. Good job I ordered when I did as there were only 3 of that item left in stock.”
