“I decided to buy a Calor Gas heater as backup due to the Energy situation. I found it difficult to purchase one at first as they were selling like hotcakes. Eventually, I decided on a Lifestyle Azure Blue Flame Gas Cabinet Heater. Whilst very satisfied with my purchase I noticed that parts of the rear of the heater around the top inside were very sharp and I almost cut my finger as I was moving the heater. The left-hand corner looked unfinished. Due to this issue, I have only given the heater 4 stars in what looks like a really good product.”

We can see that your order was placed on 26/09/22 after close of business which resulted in your order leaving us the following day, 27/09/22. The product you ordered was oversized and left us on a pallet. Pallet deliveries take 3-4 working days to arrive however, we can see that your order arrived early on 29/09/22 which was 2 working days after it was dispacthed. We are pleased that you are happy with your fire.
