“Arrived quickly and was easy to set up. It's a bit lighter than my 25yr old SuperSER heater but that has a fully enclosed case, the Camilla has a large removable bracket keeping the gas container in place which makes it lighter.
I only use it on its low setting when required in the workshop, I find it provides more than enough heat.
Overall well pleased with the heater, it's a useful extra heat source to have available when required.”

“This fire was so easy to order , good value for money , arrived very quickly and well packaged . The heat from these fires is very quick - we live in a Victorian terrace with very high ceilings and is difficult to keep really warm - not any more . My wife is generally well wrapped up but she is loving our new addition . I googled how long a 15kgButane bottle would last on one bar only - and it stated 147 hrs.”
“The customer services here is appalling. all let down by an agent by the name of Tamara, who feels it appropriate to send patronising emails to customers with information that is the complete opposite to multiple call agents. Saying this, These call agents, despite being polite and friendly, also provided conflicting information to each other. Tamara was quick to patronise me via emails but was happy to ignore my emails for a few days when I displayed any level of dissatisfaction as a customer. do not recommend as the customer services is let down by this individual.”

We can see that the original order you placed was cancelled due to the item being out of stock and a voicemail was left informing you of this. The 2nd order you placed was completed two days after the original order. Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders we receive, our Dispatch Team does not group orders together for customers as they print out at different times.
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the response you received from our agent however, we can see that they were informing you of the return procedure which is stated in our Terms & Conditions and informing you that the cost would have to be covered by yourself. “The fire is good apart from when I turn it from 1 bar (low) to the off position, it stays lit. All the fires I have had before and my next-door neighbors go on to just the pilot light only. I have tried contacting customer support several times and they just keep saying this is normal???”

It is normal for new heaters to be turned to their lowest setting on the control valve of the heater. They are then turned off at the regulator
