They never delivered our vanity unit (for which we purchased express delivery) and kept lying that it would be delivered 'tomorrow' for about 1.5 weeks. This is a total disgrace - look at other reviews here and on other review sites, they should be closed down.”

“First they sent a toilet that leaked. Then they sent the wrong shower tray.
Then the replacement toilet was fitted was fine for 10+ hours and then overnight the cheap plastic bolts slipped connecting the cistern and the cistern leaked continually during an 8 hour period completely flooding my new bathroom and hall.
Aquabliss deny it was there cheap ill fitting parts fault and will not accept any liability or make any contribution towards repairing the damage.
My experienced plumber will not touch their kit again and eventually replaced most of their fittings to ensure a good fit that would not leak.
Their Customer service is disgusting, they simply take your money and do not care.
Avoid this company or you will live to regret paying good money for cheap ill fitting rubbish.”

“I dislike leaving bad reviews but unfortunately Aqua Bliss has driven me to it. A shower tray, which was suppose to take 3 days to arrive, took over eight weeks to be delivered (after constant chasing) and when it did arrive and the packaging was taken off, the tray was so badly chipped I couldn't use it. Throughout the eight week wait Aqua Bliss staff continually misled me by saying, each week, the tray would be delivered. It wasn't. Eventually someone told me the truth - the shower tray was out of stock. I am now facing a battle getting the damaged tray replaced. Apparently a replacement was going to be delivered today but guess what - it didn't materialise! I have refurbished 4 bathrooms in the last 4 months and used Victorian Plumbing for everything apart from this shower tray. Victorian Plumbing has been fantastic -offering a seamless and honest service. Aqua Bliss has been nothing but a disappointment. I would not recommend this company.”
