“I don’t normally write reviews but really wanted to share my experience. Ordered a product unfortunately it had some manufacturing defects ( no fault of aquagardening) Straight away aquagardening were on to it. The communication was fantastic, they got a replacement sent out to me even though it’s in the busy Christmas period. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Fantastic work guys I would definitely recommend to anyone I know. Thanks once again”

“Just like to say that in today's world, very few companies would take the time to ring you to confirm that the items you ordered were what you actually wanted; they would just send what you ordered even if it was obvious something was not right. In my case I ordered a mismatched base and dome lid for getting my cuttings going, I actually ordered this mismatch on purpose and before the order was fulfilled Ash (I think that was her name) rang and left a message to confirm the items were in fact what I wanted. Fantastic service”

“Good prices, good service. Tel was busy, but got replies over email. Bought 1 mm rubber liner for new pond. Now pond is done, all good and my soul is happy when i look at it. Thank you guys and girls!”

“We purchased 8 x 40lt Round Fabric Pots and have found them to be the best ever pot to grow new seedlings or trans-planting established vegies. Wont be going back to the plastic types thats for sure. Also, your service in the packaging and despatching of same, was terrific. I am sure we will be coming back to you guys in the future.
