“Great range, good prices, super fast delivery. What's more important is that I twice had issues with my order - the first time was totally my fault (adding an extra item afterwards and confusing the payment & shipping arrangements); the second was with an item that was missing from my original order (two of the same ordered, only one shipped). In both cases Aqua Gardening staff were so helpful, both on the phone and over email. Both issues were sorted quickly and at no extra cost to me. Mistakes happen but the deciding factor is how those mistakes are resolved. Aqua Gardening dealt with these minor hiccups, quickly and professionally. I couldn't have asked for better services. I would not hesitate in recommending Aqua Gardening to any potential customer.”

“I’ve been buying from aqua gardening for 4 years I find that if there is an issue with an order they will get it sorted out and always give you options and there fast delivery service is the best out of any gardening shop I have shopped at other stores and waited 1-2 weeks were aqua are within the week and that’s the service that keeps me going back good variety across the gardening world and are only to happy to take your call and talk about products cheers paul”

“I had a failure with a pond light that I purchased a bit over a year ago. Quick online chat, a couple of emails back and forth then u dried into the store to confirm the light was deceased. The staff there contacted the supplier and replaced my light quickly. Very happy with the after sales support, something that many companies lack these days. Very refreshing to find a business that cares. Always found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful.”
