“Give these guys 4 out of 5. They may not have person to person customer service but there response time is lightening quick and will work with you to straighten out any mess ups you might have. Huge selection and I would highly recommend them!”

“Best prices but always out of stock. In a hurry? Well, you simply cant be.. Takes WEEKS to get items back in stock. PITA. Order MORE, next time, please. Good customer services for filled orders. I would spend a TON more money here if they would have items I want IN STOCK!!!”

“I ordered a stainless steel gas tube but received a nitrided one. Both are good but i was slightly annoyed i didn't get exactly what i asked for. Aside that the order was accurate.”

“Product came in fast after Christmas break and the new year I ordered a upper and lower the upper was supposed to be a assembled upper which I paid extra for. It came in with the parts kit not assembled it’s fine I’ll shop again just to support a fellow veteran owned company.”

“Good prices, fast shipping. Sends a few more e-mails than I would like, including reminding me what I had been looking at in my shopping cart. Sometimes a little hard to find my shopping cart on the mobile version of the site (hidden under menu, not visible from front of page). All orders come with a promotional sticker, which is nice.”

“The product I ordered was advertised an an auto A10 bolt. However, it was not a true Full Auto bolt. I was able to make it work but would not have had to alter it to make it work. Otherwise the service and the shipping was excellent.”
