“I shopped with Arm or Ally a long time ago, back when you could make an account with them. I always kept the website as a bookmark because they sold Aero Precision products at a really good price, along with some other brands. The prices were always cheaper and even cheaper then sell prices from Primary Arms, Brownells, and Classic Firearms, which are other sites that I have booked marked. I saw a sale on two products I wanted, and I saw that there was a free shipping promo. Now, some naysayers in Reddit was saying how they did not have a good experience, so I decided that, because I shopped with Arm or Ally before and did not see a problem, I was going to prove them wrong. So, I purchased the products, got the free shipping, and made the purchase as cheap as possible by waiving the shipping insurance and the signature fee. And I can tell you this: My handguard that I ordered is looking sleek on my Aero firearm and my adjustable gas block fits the barrel of my next build like a glove. While there was a bit of a delay of when it was supposed to come, which was on USPS, and which they did with several orders from different complanies, it was only by a day. Arm or Ally still delivers, still has the best deals, and still is my top choice for window shopping until I purchase, when it comes to all things Aero Precision, and now beyond.”

“I ordered three "blem" stripped upppers. No visible "blems" I could see. The only issue (very minor- possibly "stacked tolerances "??) was the roll pin hole for the forward assist roll pin might have been just a hair off ot the forward assists my have been a bit off. ASome slight fitting of the "flat" on the roll pin side of the forward assist and all is well.”

Has an issue with an ffl shipment a while back and the owner of the company personally insured that he was going to make sure it was handled, and he contacted my ffl of choice to help. “I’ve ordered several items in the past without any issues whatsoever, so recently I ordered 3 Glock 23 upper parts kits because they’re Glock OEM and come with the specific 40 s&w extractor, shipping was fast as usual however when I opened the box there was only 1 kit so I took pictures and emailed them that evening, by 9am the next morning they responded admitting their error and shipped my missing parts kits that day. We all make mistakes but to me correcting the mistake with no argument is great customer service, I will always consider Arm or Ally in any future purchases!”
