Daniel, Thanks for the review. We don't sell standard Keurig coffee pods. You order Nespresso pods which of course do not fit any Keurig coffee machine. As per our return policy you have the right return any merchandise that does not suit you within 14 days after receipt of the order. Since your order was shipped and the tracking number was issued, you are responsible to pay for the following cancellation charges: 3% credit card processing fee + all shipping and handling charges Artizan Coffee will only accept returns of merchandise in their original condition and packaging accompanied by the invoice. When returns are properly completed, Artizan Coffee will reimburse the price of the returned merchandise within a maximum of 30 days upon reception of the returned merchandise. The return postage will be at your expense. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. PLEASE SEND RETURNS TO: Artizan Coffee Co. “We selected this company because their coffee is non-GMO organic; ethically sourced and farmed; in compostable/biodegradable pods and reasonably priced. We are really happy to find that it is also delicious! We can’t determine from the packaging if the decaf is Swiss water processed...hoping it is. The 10 pack boxes are difficult to open without ripping. It is wonderful and unusual to find an organic item that has a better price point than “ conventional“ formed.”

“Coffee tastes fine but is weak capsule-for-capsule compared to Nespresso, Peet’s or Starbucks pods. I need three Artizan capsules to make a decent 16-oz Americano compared to two of any of the others. Also there is less crema. I appreciate the sustainability aspect (biodegradable capsules).”
