“I LOVE THEIR ESPRESSO PODS! I almost gave away my nespresso machine until I found Artizan, and I am now so glad I kept it. Their single origin and organic coffees are fantastic, and they're shipped just after they're roasted - just wow! I'm so impressed with both the freshness and the scope of selection, and they even use biodegradable pods.”

“I LOVED cuba mia! It is exactly what I was looking for. The flavors are delicious and perfect for my morning cup of coffee. And my favorite part is that I can enjoy my cup of coffee, knowing that it’s free from pesticides and mold, like a lot of other coffee companies. I will definitely continue to buy from here. I am very impressed with the coffee quality standards and purity!”

“I had ordered, on line, 7 sleeves of pods for Nespresso machine. The very next day i was informed by Nespresso personnel that your pods will ruin the programming of my machine and not to use it. I assumed it was just a ‘bad mouthing’ the competition remark so i called your office to verify. Your personnel confirmed that it will not work on my machine. This was verified after they got my serial number of the nespresso machine and a photo of it. Your personnel confirmed that the delonghi lattisma machine is the only machine that it will not work with. They would not cancel the order and told me to refuse the package and not to take delivery. Unfortunately the ups person left it on my front door w/o informing me. It took (one named Hans in your org) to tell me he cannot help me and refused to accept return. I have not opened the package and is in its original box and completely sealed. On a follow up call i asked for you and i was on hold for about 45 mins and nobody came to the phone. As sich i am disputing your charge and i want to accuse you of FALSE ADVERTISING. Your message clearly states that your pods are compatible with the Nespresso machine.”

Artizan capsules are specifically designed to work in the following Nespresso OriginalLine coffee machines: Delonghi C190, D290, Citiz, CitiZ&Milk, Maestria, U, Le Cube, Inissia, Latissima Plus, Latissima Pro, Latissima Touch, Lattissima One, Pixie, KitchenAid, Prodigio, Expert, Essenza Mini, Creatista, Creatista Uno, and Creatista Plus. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on food items. “I am a huge fan of Artizan. Here you can get delicious organic coffee and if you want it decaffeinated, it is with the Swiss-water method, simply the best. My orders are always shipped within 2hrs if not even quicker, delivery is a little long but it is only because I choose the free, standard delivery. Not a big deal at all, I know I will re-order coffee so I plan just a week ahead of running out of coffee and it is perfect. Highly recommend.”

“For me, the 100% Colombian nespresso pod makes a perfect lungo. Full bodied, rich, well-rounded, not bitter, but smooth. The crema is really nice. I make the lungo with De'Longhi Nespresso CitiZ with no milk, no sugar, just coffee.”
