“Coffee grinds in my cup Everytime I use your pods, no crema, and no response from my attempted communication with your company. Update: Thank you for the quick response and offer to a full refund. Even though I don't like your product doesn't mean I don't like your professionalism. This is all to rare. Thank you”

“Decided to try Artizan again after a poor experience. Same outcome. Capsules simply do not work well in our Nespresso. Grounds and excess water in the catch tray. Suspect coffee would have good taste if machine and capsule worked well together. Brewing sounds strained. No full flavor. Sorry for this.”
