“I would like to give you 5 stars but your customer service is so lacking...it is not a good way to keep customer loyalty...no return of phone calls, emails and chat that says we respond immediately is nonexistent! Gave me a discount coupon that ordering would not accept.”

“This is a great company! It’s taken me a while to find my “perfect” grind but they helped me along my journey to find what I wanted. Every gentleman I spoke with was super helpful which helped me in turn. If you’re interested in getting premium coffee delivered every month, every 6 weeks, whatever - they’ll work with you and make it an easy and pleasant experience in the process! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ To everyone at ARTIZAN Coffee Company!1”

“Great taste, both the decaf and espresso pods. I am switching from Nespresso coffees to Artizan coffees as my primary source of bean-to-cup ingredient source.”

“Exceeded taste. Only reason I didn't give the product a 5 was we had some defective pods (which were replaced).”
