“The coffee tastes ok, but what I found frustrating is that there is nothing to identify the flavor/kind on the pod. I checked agin the pictures online, and your advertised pods all have on their cap the same picture you see on the box. This is deceiving. So if I want to know which pod/flavor I’m having, I have to keep them all their boxes. It would be easier to get past this problem if the coffee’s quality was at least premium, but it’s still below Nespresso pods’ quality for the same price. I won’t be coming back, I’m sorry.”

“Coffee was roasted fresh right before it was shipped to me. I've only tried two of the four I ordered so far, but both are excellent. Will definitely be ordering more in the future!”

“Great tasting coffee, esp. the Heavenly Body decaf which still has robust flavor. Happy that there is no aluminum (Alzheimer's risk) in the Nespresso-matching pods and that they are biodegradable.”

“Extremely disappointed with Artizan's misleading marketing that their pods work with Nespresso machines. There's only one kind of Nespresso machine that these work for (the original). When I received their pods and realized they were too small for my Nespresso Virtuo, and followed up to return the pods, the customer service interaction, in my opinion, was alarmingly rude. In fact, they outright blamed me! I now have almost $50 worth of pods I cannot use that they claim I cannot return (even though the boxes have not been opened).”

Thanks for your feedback. As per the customer service agent who assisted you, every product listing for Nespresso original machines on our website clearly states that our capsules are not compatible with any Vertuo machine, in multiple locations, and in both text and images. This information is also on our home page, FAQ, and in several blog posts on our website. There are no capsules in the market that are compatible with Nespresso Vertuo machines and there will not be for at least another eight years. Unfortunately, due to the patent on the Vertuo capsules, you can ONLY buy capsules made by Nespresso.

“We love this company. There was a "before Artizan" and "after Artizan" effect in our house's morning caffeine routine and we're not going back. We even bought a second machine and subscription service for the office at our business; espresso fix in the morning at home, and a follow up perk in the afternoon. It's better tasting, more convenient, and cheaper than alternatives.”

“This coffee is super delish my only critique is this: The Grind is not thin enough (its not ground thinly enough to qualify as a Cuban coffee or Cafe Cubano ground) If you compare both, the grind is powder thin in the better commercial Cuban coffees out there. Please fix this on your ground coffee Mi Cuba and it will be "5" Star Excellent.. I know I can buy the beans and grind myself but for the moment I dont have a grinder. Please make this adjustment, I think its EXELLENT COFFEE otherwise”
