Hello Ayla, It’s unfortunate that you decided to give our company a negative review based on the status of your shipment. You placed your order on April 19th at 7:57 AM and we fulfilled it less than 2 hours later at 9:15 am. This means your order was picked, packed and delivered to the mail carrier less than two hours from when you placed your order! Please keep in mind that we have no control over the delivery of your package once it is handed over to the mail carrier. We like every other company is at the mercy of their services. As stated on our website transit times for international shipments can take up to 15 business days so your package may not arrive until the second week of May.
