“I placed an order for hand sanitizer. It was supposed to be delivered next business day and it was not. I paid for next day delivery and it didn't come next day, actually it never came any day. I've emailed them and get ZERO response. They don't answer the phone and have some BS out going message. They give you a tracking number and I emailed UPS and they say they don't have the package. Tracking number is BS. Money spent and no product. STAY AWAY AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. SCAM SCAM SCAM”

They processed the order the day after I ordered, took the payment, created the label but the "shipment" never left their premises. I'm reporting this to CA AG's office/ fraud division. “I ordered a package of 12 hand sanitizers from their company on Amazon in early March. Due to the demand, I was told the package should arrive around March 28th. It arrived on-time which was great. After that though, is when the nightmare started. I only received 4 bottles. I made sure I first checked the listing to make sure I didn't misread the description. I paid over $100 so it was definitely correct. I followed the instructions Amazon provided me to first contact the seller. I sent an email. A week passed, no contact. I sent another email. I was patient because I know it's a probably a crazy time for this company with all the orders. After exhausting all my efforts with attempting to contact anyone (email, phone, via Amazon Support), Amazon actually had to finally open up a claim against them. Over 5 weeks and so much wasted time to just get an answer if how they planned to ship the remainder of my order or refund me. It was beyond frustrating. I would skip this company and save yourself the possible aggravation. If there's even a slight chance you would need to deal with customer service, I'd run now.”

“I placed an order on 4/7 for 4 bottles of hand sanitizer and one bottle of hand soap. I only received the soap. Their site indicates my order shipped in full, which it did not. You can't reach this business via the phone number provided and they are unresponsive to emails. My card was charged for the full amount. Charges are being disputing via my bank.”

“I made a negaive review earlier. Mainly because after ordering I never received an email saying the order was received. I also never received a shipping email. It was slow to ship because of high demand. When the first box came it had half my order. I had no idea where the rest was. For 6 days no response to emails or by phone. (Customer service needs serious work) but when the rest of my order arrived I was given my order plus extra product. I really wanted to thank Art Naturals for sending the extra. It will help my healthcare partners and keep us all safe. I really truly appreciate it. I don't know how to remove the negative review. All of my bottles had slightly loose caps which might be why some have complained about stuff spilling out. I had nothing leaking. I would order this product again.”
