“I had the same issues as everyone else recently. I place my order 4/9, got tracking by the next day, but then nothing. I waited day after day for a delivery date. I called but can't leave a message. I emailed, no response. I kept checking the tracking they gave, nothing. Then, out of the blue, I received my 12 pack of sanitizer on 4/17 that I needed for my technicians. I came under a different tracking number. BUT, still my gallon refill was missing. Back to the same drill but again, out of the blue, it showed up today, again a different tracking. It may be a hectic time but this company should learn to communicate better, Bottom line, I finally got my products!”

“Same thing is going on with me. A tracking number that has not acctually shipped they only create the tracking number because they can't charge your card until it ships. It never really ships. I am going to contact my credit card company and get my money back asap. The actions of this company sounds like a class action lawsuit in the making.”
“Well it looks like I should have looked at reviews like everyone else said UPS tracking number was created at 3 am April 19th and that's all that happened I tried calling a company and all they talk about is how busy telephone charger not taking any calls and about orders from March I did send them an email the other day no response sending them another one this afternoon no response by tomorrow afternoon I'm filing a complaint with the attorney general's office.”

Called many times to confirm my address. Just a voicemail. April 22. Never got the package. I am disputing this with Amex.”
“Ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer on 4/11 and got an email with tracking number a day later. Tracking shows that the label was created and it remains that way until today (4/22). They were advertising that they would ship within 48 hours of ordering. Terrible business practice. I would not recommend this company.”

“I ordered two bottles of sanitizers from this company. Pretty amazed at how fast they were delivered, but when they were delivered one bottle was completely busted open, all over the box, the other one was fine. I emailed them asking for another one to be expedited or give me my money back, here we are two weeks later, 3 emails later, and still no answer. Then I called them and they aren’t even taking phone calls due to the pandemic. Are you kidding me? I will NEVER order from here again. Nothing but a rip off. They seem to only want your money.”
“I should have read the reviews DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They don’t tell you on website that the product IS NOT IN STOCK. You pay for it and then never hear from them. A tracking number, but it never gets to UPS. Plus their voice mail talks about MARCH orders and this is end of April. You can’t contact them

“I ordered a gallon of the hand sanitizer. The next day I received an email from the company saying that my order had been shipped and I was giving a UPS tracking number. It has been two weeks and UPS still hasn't received the package from Art Naturals. I called the company and there was no answer.”
“I ordered 1 gallon of their hand sanitizer 4 weeks ago. It arrived today and it was not capped with a seal and leaking when I took it out of the box. From what was dropping out of the bottle, I rubbed my hands thoroughly with it. It has the worst smell ever. It smells like gasoline. I washed my hands, shook the gallon and tried the hand sanitizer again. Same smell!
Don’t buy the hand sanitizer from this company. I look at the ingredients and from the ingredients I’m not sure why it smells so bad.

“I ordered 4 packs of unscented hand sanitizer on March 31, 2020. I got an email from Art Naturals on April 7 that my order was shipped. When I tracked the package I was surprised to see that UPS says it was delivered to the strange address "LOS ANGELES, CA, US" on April 4, three days before it was shipped! I don't understand how can a package be delivered before it is shipped. I put my full address when I placed the order, and the order confirmation email also shows my full address. Needless to say that I never received any package. I wrote an email to Art Naturals, but never heard back from them. They should be held accountable for their fraudulent activity during a pandemic! I also called the UPS, but the automatic voice guide hangs up whenever I want to speak to an agent!”
