“Prices of some items are higher than elsewhere, but you can also find good deals for some things from time to time. Art shed has a good range of different brands and products.”

“The team at Art Shed is run by an extremely helpful group of people. I am returning to painting after a long period and I had few materials left. I was assisted with products on their chat line and bought exactly what I needed, and not pushed to buy the most expensive items. When one of the items I ordered didn't suit me I was able to return it and reimbursed. Their delivery system has been good with my order arriving within only two or three days. I will continue to buy my art materials from them.”

“Although I have always loved art shed, my account shows I am a relatively new customer. I queried if I had two accounts but apparently only 1 attached to my name? This last visit in general was quite good, being pointed to the right direction. But I have been on more than 1 Occassion where the staff said the item I was looking for was not stocked. - only to find it stocked myself. I understand there are a lot of products, but would be good if staff could look items up.”

“I usually dislike spam prompts for feedback. However, i'll quickly say what impressed me about ArtShed. The service so far is excellent. I ordered an item that seemed to have been lost in the mail and was returned to the store. They took it upon themselves to credit my account and send me an email. The second time I purchased I used the credit among the large order I placed and arrived within the week. Perfectly packed. This should seem like the standard but two other Australian main art suppliers (not going to name) ive experienced hassles. I do warehousing/supply chain in my job and Art Shed is doing it right.”

“Took a little to long for delivery I think it was over a week which was not good as I live in Hampton East around the corner from the store. Plus for such a small item 1 tiny paintbrush the packaging was over the top.”

All parcels are taken to a distribution centre by Australia Post after being collected from us, once this happens we have no control over the sorting process or how long it takes to get to you. In regards to packaging, some of our smaller items are packed this way due to our experience with small parcels being lost in the mountains of deliveries being processed every day.
