Hello Irene, I'm glad to hear you are happy with your art supplies! Unfortunately, Australia Post is still struggling to manage the huge influx of parcels each day and there have been some instances of sorting mistakes. I apologise for that less than helpful delivery outcome, lets hope next time is better!

Thanks for the review we appreciate the 4 stars! Our shipping rates are calculated on the weight of the order, to the destination location. Our website is connected to our Australia Post rates which are about 30% cheaper than if you went to the post office and tried to send the same parcel. Depending on what you are ordering the shipping cost will vary as the weight will vary. Unfortunately, as a small business, we are unable to cover these costs.
