Hi Catherine, thank you for the review, Australia Post is getting faster, they are adding more trucks and more staff but we agree that delivery times could be improved in some parts of the country.

“Art Shed was prompt in sending my order but Australia Post let you down. I have given them a piece of my mind in their performance survey. They delivered to the University next door.”

“Sometimes an item is repeated page after page. good paints and brushes and other accessories. postage is way too expensive.”

“Good website.. fantastic delivery, arrived before I expected it. I want you to be successful so a couple of pieces of feedback: 1. Most online businesses give free shipping if you spend over a certain dollar value (Even if you put item prices up by 20-50c, should cover shipping). You don’t want customers buying from other businesses just because they offer free shipping. 2. Consider loyalty points for customers -it will increase repeat business and loyalty. Otherwise, all good and your product selection is good. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. Kate Larson”

“Fast delivery, great variety of products for all art. However, I was missing items from my order.. I had to email them, one item got express posted but the other item was refunded without even communicating to me. I’m not going to be reordering that item as delivery will cost me an extra $10.. I would of preferred an email and got something similar instead”
