DO NOT ORDER! ASDA and Abhishek in particular are truly the worst Parcel delivered to behind communal bins for all the world to see. Neither safe no sanitary! Surprise surprise the parcel was stolen before I even got home to try and find it EVRI admit that the delivery was not safe yet ASDA and Abhishek won't give any refund and told me to go ask my neighbours if they have seen the parcel!!! Utter joke In conclusion, don't order unless you want your goods delivered to an unsafe and unsanitary location you didn't ask for and you want them to be stolen!

You will never get refunded as the service is so extremely poor that no one can manually refund you there! I had that few times and had to get finally my refund via PayPal i had to open a case. Calling customer service is completely useless and waste of time they keep only saying we have escalated the case to relevant department! Payment department keeps saying error with PayPal!! This is what they tell customers since years because they simply can't refund manually if it doesn't go via return system on app or website!!! How extremely poor is that?? No problem never asda george for me again and i will get my money back from PayPal again.

why is there no changing rooms at york, monks cross, bought a shirt, couldn't try some jeans on, guess what, shirt doesent fit, so got to take it back, won't be shopping there again, waste of my time and petrol, absalutley pathetic

Placed order 9th May,still not received . Asda say no info on courier tracking available,yet order says delivered. Rung 3 times. Still no resolution. And I can't reorder or get refund until updated tracking info received.which was requested days ago. Order 129553650. I have not been able to find anyway to make a formal complaint to them either. Customer service was no help.

Paid for home delivery for Christmas presents to be delivered 21/12 for them not to arrive upon phoning customer services to be told no deliveries would be expected to go out until 28/12 to them be told my payment wouldn’t go back into my bank until 24 hours after cancelling then 5:7 working days to have my money back shame on you Asda right on top of Christmas 😡

Appalling. I ordered a slab floor cushion for my father, who is dying from cancer and needs to keep his legs up to help the blood circulation in his legs. Paid for delivery and still not recieved anything a week after it was supposed to arrive. Customer service don't care. I'm trying to get my money back, but I've been fobbed off, lied to and passed from pillar to post. Don't waste your money on this atrocious company.

You would be surprised to see a company like George have such a disapointing service, they have a fast response time however takes them forever to resolve a case. I've refunded an item and it's been more than 1 month for the sales team to send that across to me. Still waiting and does not seem like i would get a refund any time soon.

Total George disaster at every stage of the transaction. Ordered for next day delivery. Received an email 30 mins later saying delayed. Due to imminent holiday rang customer service and (after 20 mins) cancelled order with refund agreed. Guess what? No cancellation and no refund. Order delivered whilst I was away on holiday. Not only that, some boxes delivered smashed. Had to return at store - except Customer Service counter printer not working. Then comments on Customer Service not allowed on George website and removed. You get the picture? Hassle, hassle, hassle.

Where to start...I ordered nearly £600 worth of the new Stacey Solomon range. Not only has the order shipped in numerous stages (items still in transit) I collect what was nearly £500 worth of items. I got home unboxed it all the worst packaging I've seen literally thrown into a box the glasses are smashed with pieces everywhere, items damaged but worst of all I'm missing NUMEROUS items yet it states 'collected' No idea what to do now, I've got to spend my time trying to chase up loads of items whilst trying to return all the smashed orders. Never again and Stacey should be ashamed to be putting her name to such a poor system. It's 2023 if a company can't even pack orders well and with care then you shouldn't be trading online, especially with such a big name like Asda. The store staff were equally as rude and unhelpful who kept saying 'is that it now' after trying to scan the parcel QR codes. I'm staring at the pile of broken items in disbelief.

Vacuum ordered.was sent inferior item to one advertised and pictured . Waited over a month for refund then after waiting 45 minutes on their complaint line was asked to re supply receipt before they refunded the £279 pound so about 6 weeks wait for the money to be back in your bank for refund .

Only half my order arrived. Customer services are a joke.!! No email no contact form and trying for 4 days to get through on the phones only to hear the same message. So in all honesty Asda have stolen my item and money. Absolutely fuming that they do not give a dam.

Only recieved part of my order,had email in August to say it was delayed,nothing since,if i cannot get items i would like a refund,i have tried to get through to customer service,but waited 30 minutes still no answer,very dissapointed.

Ordered dinner set. Got email confirming date to collect from store followed by email saying order delayed. Customer service said would refund when I heard nothing further. Refund never received store couldn't help now Asda have my money I have no goods. Worst service ever AVOID

Avoid!! Ordered a toaster and kettle paid for delivery and over a week later I’m still waiting and had £5 refunded! Customer services are always busy and never answer their phone . The website is for grocery deliveries- never again will I order!! I can’t even get to organise a refund!!!

Ordered a birthday gift to be delivered on 29th August and on the morning it is due, they email saying it won't arrive on time and will take upto 3 days. Very poor service and now i've missed the birthday too.

2 click and collect orders in past couple of weeks and they have both been damaged. And then having the inconvenience of returning to store to return. Not same quality and care as it used to be.

Sadly the quality of Asda clothes has really deteriorated. Horrible materials, no shape, they all look really cheap. As a previous reviewer mentioned, at one time you would see several items that you liked, sadly not now. Oddly the range of children's clothing is very good. What has happened Asda? I no longer shop with you for clothes.
