“1/ Took too long,Waited from booking time 10.0 am until 2.0 pm for the fitment of two new front tyres.
2/ Both front tyres were over inflated to 38 psi (Masda 3 recommends 32 to 35 psi. The rear tyres were inflated to 32 psi (thus 6 psi difference) just prior taking my car to the Asda recommended fitment centre Halfords - Abbey wood. Over inflated tyres can cause potential risks.”
“Asda tyres was ok but the fitters was a no show, waited and at home all day tried ringing no answer then eventually got hold of them and they told me they're closed and they told Asda they couldn't do it but I heard nothing from Asda or the fitters. Booked new appointment with fitters for two days later and again a no show called Asda tyres who tried to contact them, again no response so I requested a refund and gone somewhere else at least the new fitters turned up.”
“I bought 2 continental tires from them and got 2.5 years old tires and they justified saying the tires are considered new till 5years (poor customer response)..I can bet on my 20 years of driving experience in different countries and different cars that even if the tire is 1 year old the performance on the road changes and the same I felt after getting these tires from them waste of money was better of with the used tires. just because there price is less does not means there tires will be good and new please check the dates before buying or you will be writing a review like me..:-;”
“Tyres where fitted OK but the wheel alignment I paid for wasn't sent to garage on invoice, so I had to prove I'd payed for it doing. The wheel alignment was carried out in around 5mins including reopening shutter to garage that had been due to the garage shortly closing the car putting on ramp alignment supposedly being done and car coming off the ramp and back outside. I request a refund because I did not feel they had done a proper inspection and realignment in the short space of time but just got told the garage said that's how long they take to do it? Definitely will not use Asdatyres or garage again and would advise others to avoid them aswel!”
“Problems with fitter, wrong pressure put in and valve snapped. Asda Tyres totally disowned the issue and passed the buck to the fitter who also disowned the issue.

“Fitter did not show up and did not communicate to me that they were cancelling the appointment. I was disappointed especially by the fact that the Asda tyres team were totally unconcerned. Changed to a different garage to fit and again the guy hasn’t communicated and not answering their phone.

“Awful experience, I would avoid and go elsewhere. Booked a slot at 12noon, called the tyre fitters in the morning to check they had received the tyres, they said they could not fit me in until 4pm, lucky I had the afternoon off. They then fitted to wrong tyres, only once I was due to pay I double-checked - the wrong set of tyres were sent to the fitters so they had to remove them and put the old tyres back on. What a waste of an afternoon. Asda was no help whatsoever.”
“Bought four tyres one was faulty within two days. The returns policy is totally. I had ti buy another tyre and wait for refund. Now even though Goodyear sent me a letter over 2 weeks ago stating 100% refund I still have not recieved it from asda. Useless stay away....”
“Ordered 4 run flat a day before fitting day received an email to turn up early when I went to the fitting place it is only three tyres when I contacted customer service very unprofessional or deliberately said he couldn’t do much to help”

didnt realise that the tyres were in the offers section (same price but would receive a small voucher)
Asked if my order could be changed so that I would get the voucher (it would be no loss to Asda for the tyres)
Told it was tough luck and I would not be allowed to take up the offer.

Another call to customer service, the advisor on the phone tried to tell me wasn't charged this, explained that I can see the amounts on my statement. I was then put on hold and hung up on after long silence, advisor said hello, gave me no chance to respond and hung up.
Called again, now I'm told that this amount is a delivery fee that can't be refunded.
They've apologized for me having misunderstood the term 'full refund' but nothing more.”
“I am so pleased that I replaced my tyres with Adsa Tyres. I feel that I got a much better price than with Audi directly.
I opted for the 2 wheel alignment option at £29.99 having replaced 2 tyres. Audi offered at 4 wheel alignment at £400! Sorry but do one Audi!
I stupidly thought I knew the exact tyre specs and ordered the wrong tyre. Thankfully when I called Asda Tyres, to make a last minute change to the type upon realisation of my mistake, I had only one telephone option to go through to speak to a human. Furthermore that human was the angelic Emily who delivered world class customer service. Emily is an absolute testament to your company and knows how to look after a customer, especial one in a panic having spent a few hundred quid on the wrong tyres! She resolved my issue in a matter of minutes with a great deal of patience.
I would like to thank Emily (from somewhere in the North East!) for your help and implore management to look after your people like Emily who uphold your highly regarded reputation.”
“Avoid. Paid for a tyre/booking online got there said it was the wrong size?! Now have to wait 5-days for a refund. Could of got a tyre for the same price elsewhere and not of wasted my time going to the garage to be told I’d paid for a tyre they couldn’t fit?!”
“4 appointments were either cancelled by Asda tyres on the day (including by email), or just didn't show up at all leaving me to chase them. On the 5th appointment, they did show up but late.
The quality fo the fitter's work was good, but it was a lot of wasted time and chasing. They offered to refund the mobile fee within 48 hours but 5 days later and it's still not been paid.
Wouldn't recommend”
“Asda is the cheapest But Bad fitting companies.....
Asda is the cheapest price match on the online tyre market but all tyre fitting places I have been to do not prefer to have online orders from Asda as I have bought lot of tyres from Asda on numerous occasions, Asda fitters are not reliable with time given to the customers online while buying the tyres. Asda needs to look into it and have mentioned to customer services this issue but not much is done in terms of fitting tyres.”

Asked for run flat tyres. Paid for run flats. But they installed normal tyres. Also didn’t do wheel alignment which I paid for.
Two front tyres incorrect. Only found out after when I took my car to kwik fit and was told they were the wrong tyres and not what I had paid for.
Iv had a baby on board all this time and was put at risk.

“Book online to have my tyres fitted on my day off, got to the designated place to find that no appointment was booked and that I had to make another appointment. Waste of time poor service.”
“Ordered tyre on line (with defined fitting location and time) with same day fitting to allow for an MOT retest the next day. Travelled to fitting station to be told no tyre and that I had to contact Asda for any help. Contacted Asda and was old they would respond which they did 2 hours later when I had returned home, they explained the supplier had been late delivering. Asked for a refund and explained my frustration, was told this would be arranged in 48 hours. Chased a week later and finally after 2 more complaints received confirmation the refund would happen within 14 days!! Asda did not meet their contractual commitments and having taken the payment with 2 hours of the order being placed I am told it takes up to 23 days to refund the money. Totally unacceptable and unethical behaviour. Steer well clear of a service with Asda's name on it that is provided by a third party.”
