“have used Asda tyres for many years always the best price and up until my last fitting all has been first class but this time it was a different fitter (Lanarkshire Recovery Service) and i have found all four tyres were well below pressure and none were balanced.”

“Ordered 2 tyres with fitting next day at Halfords 14-15h slot. No tyres arrived. Called Asda to be told that they will email supplier to check when they will be delivered.
Waited for 2 hours with no luck. Few hours later received email that is booked for next day 10am without asking me if I can attend at that day or time.
Please AVOID not worthy of hassle for few pounds cheaper. NEVER AGAIN”
“Ordered four tyres at ÂŁ660 to be fitted at the local garage the next morning. The confirmation stated a slot for 8:30am, on arrival at 8:15am I was informed that the tyres could not be fitted until 10:am due to Asda’s system can’t read the garages diary…. What a joke!!! I Contacted Asda to complain and had no luck I just had to sit around for nearly two hours before the work began. Terrible service, would not use them again.”
“I think Asda tyres are fraudulently operating this service, as like most of the reviews here they have taken my money and not delivered the goods, had to buy more expensive stock tyres from fitter and stretch my Credit Card but will probably have to pay a fee as they will not refund in time for me to pay the monthly off.

“Ordered tyres on a Wednesday to be fitted at work on the Friday. Fitter rang me to say he now couldn't do it until Monday. I contacted Asda Tyres and received a cancellation email on the Thursday. Yet they still took the money out of my account on the Monday!!!! In the meantime I spend ÂŁ400 getting new tyres. I was told it would take 5-7 working days to get a refund. 8 working days passed and still no refund. I rang and then get an email saying "Your refund is currently being processed, once cleared it should appear in your available balance within 14 days." THIS IS 27 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING A CANCELLATION EMAIL !!!!!!”

Booked a day off work and arrived at the tyre fitters to be told the tyres weren't there.
Customer service are a joke as promised immediate call back... still waiting 2 hours later. PLEASE AVOID AS THIS COMPANY SELLS TYRES THEY DON'T HAVE”

“WORST service ever. Highly irresponsible. Needed urgent tyre replacement and ASDA tyres confirmed booking with vendor which on arrival found that they are closed for the whole week. ASDA rebooked for another appointment after 2 days, again reached the shop to find out the tyres have never arrived. Complete waste of time and the bookings slots are done randomly without even checking with the fitters or making the tires available.”

“booked and paid for tires to be fitted next day at Halfords in Romford appointment time of 12 midday prior to going to Halfords contacted the branch and was told there is no appointment times and the car would need to stay there and possibly back to me at 5 o’clock in the evening, to change one tire. Cancel the order with Asda still no refund after 7 days contact them again today and told that the refund hadn’t gone through because they hadn’t collected the tire that I’d ordered from Halfords yet?”
“Asda tyres themselves were easy to deal with and a good deal on the tyres we purchased. The big let down for us was the garage they Asda tyres choose to fit for us really bad service lost locking wheel nut key. Now costing us more money to have them removed and replaced. Think your getting a good price but your end up pay double would avoid.”

“1/ Took too long,Waited from booking time 10.0 am until 2.0 pm for the fitment of two new front tyres.
2/ Both front tyres were over inflated to 38 psi (Masda 3 recommends 32 to 35 psi. The rear tyres were inflated to 32 psi (thus 6 psi difference) just prior taking my car to the Asda recommended fitment centre Halfords - Abbey wood. Over inflated tyres can cause potential risks.”
“Asda tyres was ok but the fitters was a no show, waited and at home all day tried ringing no answer then eventually got hold of them and they told me they're closed and they told Asda they couldn't do it but I heard nothing from Asda or the fitters. Booked new appointment with fitters for two days later and again a no show called Asda tyres who tried to contact them, again no response so I requested a refund and gone somewhere else at least the new fitters turned up.”
“I bought 2 continental tires from them and got 2.5 years old tires and they justified saying the tires are considered new till 5years (poor customer response)..I can bet on my 20 years of driving experience in different countries and different cars that even if the tire is 1 year old the performance on the road changes and the same I felt after getting these tires from them waste of money was better of with the used tires. just because there price is less does not means there tires will be good and new please check the dates before buying or you will be writing a review like me..:-;”
“Tyres where fitted OK but the wheel alignment I paid for wasn't sent to garage on invoice, so I had to prove I'd payed for it doing. The wheel alignment was carried out in around 5mins including reopening shutter to garage that had been due to the garage shortly closing the car putting on ramp alignment supposedly being done and car coming off the ramp and back outside. I request a refund because I did not feel they had done a proper inspection and realignment in the short space of time but just got told the garage said that's how long they take to do it? Definitely will not use Asdatyres or garage again and would advise others to avoid them aswel!”
