“Ordered a tyre 2 days ago. Went to the fitters today and they said Asdatyres hadn't sent the tyres. Rang up Asdatyres and they said 'sorry for the inconvenience' but it is not our fault as the supplier hadn't told them that the shipment wasn't deliveres. Asked them for any other place to fit my tyre today as I work as a carer and needed my car urgently to get to each of my job locations. They said that I would probably get a time next week. If you want guaranteed and good service then I suggest going to Tyrespro, Just tyres or even Halfords. If they can't fit you in on the same day (and you need the tyres urgently) they will tell you which other locations you would be able to acquire the tyres you need. I should have definitely looked up reviews before going for the cheapest option available.”
“Ordered two tyres a month in advance - took the car to have them fitted at their nominated garage — got a call an our later to tell me ASDA TYRES had only delivered one. Had to make a number of calls between Stoneacre Rochdale and ASDA tyres to resolve and they were finally fitted another 7 hours later. Really poor service.”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY
The tyres were delivered by a scruffy bloke in an unmarked white van who was immediately objectionable about being asked to manoeuvre his vehicle into place on site. Within no time at all he had lost his patience, got very rude with a colleague and threw the tyres on the ground and sped off.
He was a sub-contracted fitter who then reported us for being rude and abusive when it was him! When chased, Asda tyres told us that they could no longer fit the tyres.
We had to arrange for the tyres to be collected and were told we would receive a full refund within 5-7 days. Their refund still hadn't arrived after 20 days beyond their stated 7 days. When I chased them again today we received only a partial refund. Apparently, because the fitter supplied the tyres they deducted £28.80 for his "service" - nonsense!
This company is an atrocious shambles and it is safe to say we will never use them again.”
“Ordered a 12:00-16:00 slot. I received a phone call at 15:30 asking me if I'd had a phone call to tell me that the tyres hadn't come in yet. No was the answer, I hadn't. I'd ordered 4 days previously. Could I have been called in the morning so I didn't wait around all afternoon? Yes I think I could.
The guy on the phone was lovely and apologetic and we arranged for the tyres to be fitted on my next day off 2 days later, 08:00-12:00 slot. I can get my head around that, stuff happens. Can you guess what's coming? My next day off comes around and........A total no show, no tyres, no phone call, no explanation and another wasted day for me. In fact the first communication I received was an email asking me to review their service!!??!!
It took a further 5 days to get refunded.
I understand supply chain issues and can work with that. What I don't understand is the total and utter disrespect for the customers time evidenced by the lack of communication.

“Ordered a tyre from Asda to replace one damaged by a pothole. The fitting agent put the tyre on ok, but I later noticed when I collected the car, that the lower load rating (91 not 94) had been supplied when I had ordered and paid for the higher rating. I contacted ASDA tyre customer services and was told there was nothing they could do - it was my fault for not checking the tyre before it was fitted (customers not allowed into the fitting bay!). There was not even an offer to refund the difference between the higher price I had paid and the price I should have been charged. Sale of Goods Act? Breach of Contract? First and last time of dealing with Colewood Automotive - I'm surprised ASDA haven't found a better company to represent them!!”

Had the displeasure of speaking with “NAMRA” in customer services who needs retraining on how to speak to customers.
Asda sent “new” Pirelli pZeros dated 03/19 and 03/20 - 3 years and 2 year old tyres then wanted me to take photos to prove this.
Complete waste of time and beyond incompetent.
Avoid this company and find some better staff who can deal with issues in a more professional way”

“Following being given a four hour slot for tyre fitting I received a call two hours into my time slot on the day of fitting to be told they did not have the tyres in stock and would have to reschedule. I could not get a time or date that was suitable so had no choice but to cancel the order. An hour later a fitter turned up expecting me to have the tyres for him to install!

“After buying the tyres and then seeing negative reviews I was having doubts.
But I was contacted with updates the young tyre fitter called to offer apologies he was running late which was a good gesture. He turn up very polite and got on with the job and change 4 tyres in horrible rain. I cannot fault the service I was given all excellent 👌”

Follow up, picked wheels up after tyre fitting, looks like valves not replaced and checked the tyres manufactured date,
2x 0120 2x 0220, on each tyre there is a 4 digit date when the tyre is made, I believe that the recommended life of a tyre is 5 years, that’s one year of tyre life I’ve lost by using Coleman automotive.”

Reply email from 23rd, 840am and blanked, ended up emailing main page and received various excuses,
Left depot 1300, last contact 1410.
4th Jan, call main number, on hold 15min, eventually answered and ask what’s happening, told will be on the Thursday am drop, asked what that meant and was there a rebooked appt ?
Call cut off, that’s what you get for £350, called depot Thursday 1530,
Fitter had to search for the delivery,
Yes they arrived but it’s me asking the questions, fitter said to come in Friday afternoon which I did today,
Absolute shambles.
Go and find a small local tyre supplier and give them your business

“If I could give lower I would. Ordered tyres 1 week prior, 10 minutes before close (my fitting was at 8.30 the next morning) email to say the garage couldn’t do as tyres too big. Utter lies, I rang them and no issues - just didn’t have the tyres. Horrendous customer service, will never use again. And now have to wait 7 days to get my money back (£500) !!”
“Dont use Asda tyres, not only is it an impossible struggle to try get the asda coupons but even once we paid in full, it was a nightmare trying to get the suggested tyre fitting companies to even recognise what we were taking about let alone make an appointment to fit..
Eventually we found a company But they were dead rough
And not at all happy that we had contracted them through the asda scheme.
Be warned..
