I booked time off work and I booked for 2 Pirelli tyres to be put on my car between the hours of 8 and 12 At my house on the 05/05/2020.
I got all the confirmation as usual.
By 11:00 nobody had been so I called to check everything was ok, and the lady said she would let the fitter know and be with us by 12...THIS WAS A LIE.
It got to 1:00 and I called again, only to be told “would you mind if it was tomorrow now” so I said yes I would mind, My girlfriend who’s car it is, works for the NHS and she could have been helping people in the Pandemic Covid -19 crisis!!!
I the agreed to them fitting them the next day only to called up by HALFORDS and told “ HI SIR WE CANNOT FIT THEM TODAY”!!!!
So Me and my girlfriend have now waited in 2 days for 2 tyres and nothing has been done.
The reason I wanted the mobile service is because we are in lockdown and have children present.
Not one person has rung me or sent an email but I got confirmation that they HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY!!!!
I’m so angry, it takes no effort to keep me updated so I know what’s going on.

“Booked in twice, twice got told by the fitters Asda didnt send the details properly, had to chase this up myself was told it would be the next day twice! Got told to to drive my car instead even though it has flats to an alterantive, got told I could cancel my order for over 300 but it would take 7 days for a refund??? Dont set expectations you cant fulfil. Now I've been told they dont know when they can confirm the mobile fitting. Stay away and order directly and not through Asda. Poor service although their advisors are nice people.”
“Awful customer service overall, Asda are a broker for the tyre firms but obviously don’t communicate with each other so like me you could turn up for your appointment only for the tyre shop to be closed. Cheap and unreliable 👎”
“I bought 2 tyres in November 2019. I have just discovered one tyre has a huge ‘blister’ in the sidewall. I cannot get a new tyre from Asda. I have to buy another one so that the damaged tyre can be examined. This is so bad and Unacceptable that I have to pay again for damaged goods. Any other commodity would be exchanged or refunded. NOT IMPRESSED ASDA!!! I won’t use you again.”

“Ordered 2 Michelin tyres, which were more expensive than I could have got elsewhere, but I bought them regardless because I would get a voucher for £50.
No sign of the voucher so I contacted them and their reply was that the voucher stated it was "upto £50" but I know I would have looked out for such wording, There was none.
I have no way of proving this of course since the wording/website has now gone as new offers apply. To cap it all off, I'm still waiting to receive the much reduced voucher I have been promised (6 weeks after placing order).

“Price was great, fitting center local to me were rude condescending belittling and publically humiliated me for being female and ordering the wrong tyres. Called asda tyres, told me 4 working days for a refund, called after 5 working days and told up to 7 working days , still no refund, called again and told they will message the accounts department. Follow up email 5min later telling up to a further 14 days for the refund. Completely unacceptable! More than a month for a refund, would they accept this waiting for payment.i think not!!!”
“I made the mistake of assuming a big brand like Asda would mean a simple hassle free order experience - I was wrong.
Ordered two Continental tyres for my car, DHL picked up from Asda and for some reason never delivered on the day of delivery - making me have to reschedule my service date.
Contacted Asda customer service who assured me they would be delivered. The next date came and no delivery. Contacted the customer service again who again assured me they would be delivered. No delivery.
Finally a week into it, I receive a call from DHL, who said they could not locate the item in depot and asked how they were packaged. I asked Asda Tyres to deal with DHL and they assured me they would be delivered once again.
Clearly there was a communication issue with both parties. I cancelled the order and now ASDA TYRES are BULLYING the customer by not refunding me and holding my money hostage with no delivery. Absolute dreadful form. DHL already said they can't locate the item and this their problem, not mine. Yet, Asda think it's fair to bully the customer by not refunding an item until they want to.”
“Rang up an placed the order for 13.30-14.30 for Chester, placed the order an received confirmation email. It's was 16.55 I had a missed call, I rang back but no answer, so I tried again because it wasn't 5 o'clock yet. Checked emails an the lady had just sent me an email saying they couldn't get my wheels delivered in time so could I do 5pm,which I couldn't because if I could, I'd would of chose that time to start with. I rang up the next day to find out what was going on, lady on the phone really helpful but. Told me they had double booked me and I should of been able to contact someone until half 5 at her work, but I was told it was 5pm an no answer on the phones, I cancelled my order because their seems to be 0 professionalism going on here an blatant lies to try an keep me happy, but not only that, gladly take your money knowing full well they can't comple the order. Don't go because they might be cheaper, pay a bit more an go to a well renowned company”

“I ordered my 4 tyres before visiting this site, once I read the reviews on here I was almost certain that there would be issues. However, this wasn't the case and I experienced excellent service and tyres which I couldn't find as cheap anywhere else. Tyres were fitted by AP tyres in rotherham who were brilliant and very polite even if they were ridiculously busy. Would recommend without hesitation.”
