It's was 16.55 I had a missed call, I rang back but no answer, so I tried again because it wasn't 5 o'clock yet. Checked emails an the lady had just sent me an email saying they couldn't get my wheels delivered in time so could I do 5pm,which I couldn't because if I could, I'd would of chose that time to start with. I rang up the next day to find out what was going on, lady on the phone really helpful but. Told me they had double booked me and I should of been able to contact someone until half 5 at her work, but I was told it was 5pm an no answer on the phones, I cancelled my order because their seems to be 0 professionalism going on here an blatant lies to try an keep me happy, but not only that, gladly take your money knowing full well they can't comple the order. Don't go because they might be cheaper, pay a bit more an go to a well renowned company”

“I ordered my 4 tyres before visiting this site, once I read the reviews on here I was almost certain that there would be issues. However, this wasn't the case and I experienced excellent service and tyres which I couldn't find as cheap anywhere else. Tyres were fitted by AP tyres in rotherham who were brilliant and very polite even if they were ridiculously busy. Would recommend without hesitation.”

“Placed order for 1 tyre to be fitted by mobile service on 28.01.2020. Waiting all day to receive call from fitting company and they called in after noon saying they dont have tyre available and earliest they can fit was 30.01.2020. There was no phone number to call Asda and discuss had to send email and response time was 24 hours. I was left without my car and had to cancel order and used another supplier to fit tyre.”

“Tyres ordered and booking day/time agreed. Tyres were not delivered until 5 days after the original date. Fitters were as frustrated as we were and kept us informed of the lack of delivery. Avoid AsdaTyres. Don't delivered what they promise. Definitely don't recommend.”

“Booked the week prior to Sat 21 Dec to have 3 tyres fitted at Asda Chandlers Ford (Barmers Tyre & Battery Fitters). Got confirmation and arrived prior to my booking time of 08:30 to be told my tyres hadn't been delivered.
Emailed them on Saturday morning. Called Barmers on Monday morning, still no tyres. Phoned Asda Tyres to say the tyres were delivered "according to their system" and that they'll request a POD. They didn't even hear what I had said about Barmers not receiving the tyres. Called to chase up 3 hours later, still nothing. Apologised for the back log (NOT MY PROBLEM!).
Thankfully found another local dealer to help me. Requested REFUND. That came through within an hour. SO WHY LIE?? Not happy with their service at all! Won't be using them again.”
“Went to tyre fitting centre. I was the first appointment. Tyres were late arriving, but the centre phoned up to see where the delivery van was. Tyres arrived 20 minutes late,but at this price it was worth it. The centre fitted the tyres quickly. The tyres seem to be of good quality. Only time will tell..”
“Avoid these charlatans. On 5 December I paid almost £300 for four tyres to be fitted on Sunday. The next day they rang and said they could not fit them until Tuesday. As I was unable to get to the garage during the week I cancelled the order. 8 days later, I still have not received a refund and I received this morning an email saying a refund has been approved and will arrive within 14 days. Disgusting.”
“I called to confirm the tyres I wanted were in stock I was assured they were. So i went ahead with the purchase, two days later recieve an email asking me to select another tyre as they were not in stock. They didnt have my second choice of tyre so I requested a refund. I was told a refund can take upto 6days bearbin mind they dont have to wait for tyres to be returned as the tyres I requested winter be in stock untill 2020 so a refund should have been easy to do. I have to wait for the refund in to purchase another set of tyres absolutely shocking service. Dont waste your time ordering here, pay a fraction more elsewhere and have a much better service.”
“Bought and paid for 2 Yokohamas with home fitting for £141 on 24/11/19 for fitting date of 6/12/19. Informed fitter would contact to arrange time, Wasn't told appt would be made on the fitting day 45 mins before arrival. Fitter arrived. fitted one tyre and started next. I checked the fitted tyre and what a surprise it was a budget tyre not a yokohama. Fitter said he was just filling in for his mate and didn't realise it was the wrong tyre and he didn't have the original ordered tyres. I had to leave for work in 40 minutes and car was due for MOT at 8am next morning which is why it was having tyres. I was desperate for car so after he spoke to head office left the tyres on. Tyres were now £90 instead of £141. Head office would give no discount on tyres nor fitting and was informed they had spoken to me. No it was the fitter and I was happy with situation. No I needed the car. How many times have they fitted cheaper tyres to peoples cars without the customer even checking. Why would you. Absolute awful service and customer service.”
“Had my tyres fitted on the 23rd November 2019 when I paid at the time the option of wheel alignment. I turned up at the tyre garage and the wheel alignment machine had not been working for a few days” wasted journey putting It bluntly.
Therefore if you want a refund a refund ie: wheel alignment, allow a few weeks, as I sent an email asking for refund on the 23/12/2019 and yesterday 05/12/2019 I get a email stating my refund is being processed and to allow up to 14 days. How the hell have Asda Tyres got all these amazing reviews on trust pilot!!”
“Purchased 2 new tyres, 1 was faulty, as it wouldn't hold air. Was told there was nothing wrong with them and it must be the fitters fault. The fitter had 30 years experience and this was the first time he had experienced a fault of this type.
I explained to Asda Customer Service and they still refused to change the faulty tyre.
I emailed them as I wanted my concern escalated, but they have failed to respond.
I really feel aggrieved by Asda tyres and would never use them again.”
“Appalling service - and interesting to see that the same names (David and Megan) appear in several other threads. A cancelled tyre order over a month ago still not refunded. Claims of missed emails and repeated promises that it’s been sorted - bordering on outright lies. Another email this morning saying it will be a further 14 days. I’m fairly certain that David and Megan play each other off against customers too. Frustrating as the complaints procedure is to go through customer services where the problem lies. Unfortunately I am one of those people who never complain unless pushed - but then I don’t give up. Won’t be using Asda again. Looking to take issues externally.”
“My order was cancelled by ASDA on the morning of fitting. The fitting company had cancelled their contract with ASDA but ASDA had not removed them from their website. The reason the fitting company had cancelled their contract with ASDA is because ASDA don’t pay their suppliers! Suffice to say I’m still awaiting my refund of £300 for the cancelled fitting!”
