“I ordered a teak table for a new kamado grill when I calculated that it would be more expensive to build one. Free shipping and a 5% off coupon sweetened the deal. I had the shipment within 3 days, as estimated. Packaging was effective and easy to cut away. The assembly of the table was incredibly easy thanks to a simple design and helpful partial preassembly. The quality and finish of the table is very, very good. Overall, I honestly can't recall a better online shopping experience.”

“Fast shipping, good order communication. The only thing that I think could be improved was the included instruction manual. It was very unclear and no step-by-step instructions. I went online to find it and the site didn't even work.”

“The furniture is excellent; thick teak with numbers to match all joints for assembly and easy tear -off number labels. Assembly was easy and the e-mail prompts along the way to delivery made for daily tracking of our expected order. We appreciate all workers along the way who made this delivery possible! Will recommend to others, MM, San Diego”

“Love the grill. Suggestion, when spending over 700.00 add few more rotisserie forks other than just one. Now I got to buy more just to do 2 chickens. Also a rib rack that goes on the rotisserie would be nice.”

“Ordered the Titan vertical reverse flow smoker and it was really easy to install the latches and wheels with no assembly directions. However I have to directions on how to properly use the smoker.”

“Box arrived in not great shape -but the contents were VERY well packed and survived the trip. Build quality was better than I expected. Solid design. Went together very easily without me having to download instructions. Negatives? The grate material is not as beefy as I'd like. The coating on the grate *looks* to be the same paint as on the rest of the accessory- IMO greased, bare metal would have been prefferable. I would (and have) recommended this accessory to friends.”
