“Phil and Matt are class acts: Please note that Phil is a mean bass player which makes the company even cooler! They actually know what customer service is: I encountered a shipping issue and addressed it like a big crying bald baby! Phil called me personally, left a voice mail message (something no business owner does today) regarding my issues that he had zero to do with. I blame Chicago Usps! I left this review before receiving my customized wallet and comb for my son...however I’m confident they will be just as perfect as Phil’s bass playing video (he shared a personal video with me). Ashland Leather is #1. Hands down. No I was not paid to leave this review. I left this review based on the elite customer service these gentleman provide!”
